We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our team in The Hoxton, Southwark, at our Albie Restaurant.
The Hoxton, Southwark, our third location in London, is just a short walk from the South Bank. There’s something for everyone: 192 rooms, The Apartment (our unique meeting & events space), a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, plus our brand-new coworking space spread over six floors. Our Albie is an all-day neighborhood restaurant, serving familiar classics with a twist, inspired by the diverse international food scene of the surrounding neighborhood.

What you’ll do…
- Lead a large, dynamic kitchen team.
- Drive menu innovation while maintaining the Hoxton Restaurant standards, focusing on simple, classic favorites.
- Manage kitchen costs efficiently without compromising quality and integrity.
- Ensure guest and team experiences are at the forefront. Lead by example, motivate, involve, and support your team to deliver excellent experiences and feel empowered.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
- 2+ years’ experience as a Head Chef in a busy environment, prioritizing freshness and provenance.
- Proven experience managing large kitchen teams.
- A passion for creativity and maintaining brand standards through your dishes.
- Desire to be authentic and true to yourself.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively, leaving egos aside.
