We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our team in The Hoxton, Southwark, at our Albie Restaurant.
The Hoxton, Southwark, our third location in London, is just a short walk from the South Bank. It offers something for everyone: 192 rooms, The Apartment (a unique meeting & events space), a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a new coworking space spread over six floors, and our all-day neighbourhood restaurant, Albie, serving familiar classics with a twist inspired by the diverse international food scene of the surrounding neighbourhood.

What you’ll do…
- Lead a large, dynamic kitchen team
- Drive innovation and develop menus while maintaining the Hoxton Restaurant style, emphasizing simple and classic dishes
- Manage kitchen costs efficiently without compromising quality
- Focus on guest and team experiences, leading by example, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service and food
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
- 2+ years’ experience as a Head Chef in a busy environment, with a focus on fresh and provenance ingredients
- Proven experience managing large kitchen teams
- A passion for creativity and maintaining brand standards
- A desire to be authentic and true to yourself
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
