Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is representing a well-regarded dining pub near Hunstanton, Norfolk. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver high-quality seasonal menus with fresh produce.

You will take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations, lead a brigade, and drive food standards while achieving budgets and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef experience in a pub or dining operation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record with seasonal menus and fresh produce.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service.
• Develop and evolve seasonal menus with quality ingredients.
• Manage food GP, stock, ordering and budgeting.
• Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff.

Salary / Rate of Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Tips + Bonus + Possible Live In
