Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded 2 AA Rosette hotel and restaurant near Hitchin to appoint an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

Offering a £45,000 salary plus excellent tips, you will manage the kitchen team, craft seasonal menus, control costs and ensure top quality and presentation while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Proven track record in creating seasonal menus.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the kitchen team.
• Creating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
