Qualifications

• Week experienced as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh-food gastro pub.
• Strong knife skills and ability to manage a kitchen.
• Experience with local and seasonal produce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen is ready for service and maintains standards.

Job description

Head chef required for a Gastro pub on the Norfolk coast, serving fresh seasonal local produce. This gastro pub has great produce, up to £55k salary plus tips. They are looking for a head chef who enjoys using fresh produce.

The role

As a Head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure your kitchen is ready for service, work with suppliers to get local produce and seasonal ingredients. you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and this role includes all the standard head chef duties.

Experience

We are looking for a head chef or senior sous chef with a fresh food gastro pub background, good seasonal use of local produce / ingredients and knife skills.
