Job summary

The Landmark London invites a passionate Head Chef to join our luxury kitchen on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will lead a high-performing team, maintain 2 AA Rosette standards and drive seasonal menus and signature dishes across a five-star hotel environment.

• Proven track record in high-end hotel kitchens and rosette-standard restaurants.

We are currently looking for a passionate Head Chef, to join our Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Proven track record of success within 2 AA Rosette and 3 AA Rosette restaurants, with experience in a five-star luxury hotel environment highly desirable. As a Head Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Leading all kitchen operations and maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards with a view to strive towards 3 AA Rosettes
• Developing innovative, seasonal menus and signature dishes.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Driving quality, consistency, and excellence across all service periods.
• Managing daily food and labour costs and operational performance.
• Working closely with senior hotel leadership to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
