Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a 2 AA Rosette kitchen near Hitchin. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, drive menu development with seasonal produce, and manage costs while delivering exceptional quality in every service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a 2 AA Rosette operation preferred.
