The Company

  • Renowned for exceptional food and service standards
The Package
  • £50,000 per annum
  • Service charge up to £6,000 per year
  • £5,000 achievable bonus based on KPIs, paid monthly
  • Paid overtime

The Job Role
  • Manage a fresh food operation with a British gastro-style menu
  • Oversee standards across restaurant services including lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of 8 enthusiastic staff
  • Develop menus to attract local trade
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, taking accountability

  • A strong background in gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel environments
  • Ideal for an existing Senior Sous Chef seeking their first Head Chef role
  • Passionate about team development, including apprentices
