Colicci Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to oversee all day dining menus, lead a passionate team, and deliver an exceptional food offer using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You’ll manage operations in a busy café, mentor your team, maintain top food quality, control stock and costs, and partner with the General Manager to drive growth while delivering warm hospitality and a standout guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in café, casual dining, or restaurant kitchens.
• Experience running a kitchen and managing a team.
• Commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Calm, composed under pressure in a busy environment.
• Problem-solving and hands-on team leadership.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head Chef to oversee our all day dining menus andto take charge of our kitchen, leading a passionate team, and delivering an exceptional food offer made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
