Colicci Limited in London’s vibrant cafés is seeking a motivated General Assistant to support day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll assist with food and drink prep, take orders, keep the café clean and well stocked, present products attractively, and help maintain health and safety standards.

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
• Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
• Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
• Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
• Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean, safe, and
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.

• A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
• Previous customer service experience – some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we’ll provide full training!
