Colicci is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced café environment. You’ll work as part of a busy team, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation across locations in London.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Commis Chefto join our kitchen team, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about quality food, teamwork, and developing your skills in a an organised and well run kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing high-quality dishes – using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu.
• Maintaining kitchen organisation – ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
• Working as part of a team – supporting the Kitchen team during service.
• Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
• Following food safety & hygiene standards – keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled & passionate chef – with experience as a Commis Chef, Kithcen Assistant, Prep Chef or similar kitchen role.
• A hands on team player – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
• A quality-obsessed cook – who takes pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• An organised & efficient operator – keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
• A flexible & adaptable attitude – happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
