Job summary

Colicci Limited, a family-run hospitality brand in London, is hiring a motivated General Assistant to support day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be part of a friendly team.

You’ll help with food and drink prep, take orders, keep the café clean and stocked, and ensure displays are inviting. A flexible, cheerful attitude and previous customer service experience are preferred, with weekend work but no evening shifts.

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
• Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
• Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
• Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
• Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean, safe, and
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
