Cafe Murano, led by Angela Hartnett, is seeking a Head Chef to drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced Italian kitchen in London. You will oversee a team, maintain high standards, and contribute to innovative menus and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Head Chef or similar in a similar establishment.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen with similar standards

• Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
• Hard working and reliable with an excellent work ethic
• Have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a similar establishment
• Experience working with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine
• Demonstrate knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
