Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef for our pub kitchen network. You’ll lead a busy team, drive top quality standards, and ensure every dish leaves the pass with consistency. You’ll train and inspire staff, manage food costs, and uphold health and safety compliance in a dynamic service environment.

• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
