We are excited to announce the opening of a stunning new 110-cover restaurant in the heart of Marylebone Square. This Mediterranean-French concept, with Spanish influences, features an open-plan kitchen and a custom charcoal grill. Alongside the main dining area, we offer a private dining room seating 30-40 guests, making this a destination for both casual diners and special occasions. Part of a respected and growing group of restaurants, this new venture aims to deliver exceptional dining experiences in an area of high foot traffic.

TheRole:

We seek an experienced and passionateHead Chefto lead this new opening. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, emphasising Mediterranean and French cuisines, complemented by knowledge of Spanish culinary traditions. Experience working in London’s vibrant dining scene is essential, and additional experience in the southern part of France or near the French-Spanish border will be highly valued. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company, play a pivotal role in the restaurant’s success, and influence its culinary direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Menu Development: Design and execute a creative, seasonally driven menu that celebrates Mediterranean, French, and Spanish Flavors.
