Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed stylish location that offers truly outstanding views great food an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neames Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk which starts and ends at the pub.

We know that an excellent Head Chef is one of the most key ingredients to a successful kitchen so this role will see you working alongside the General Manager to deliver key objectives customer satisfaction and growth at your site. Supporting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business you will lead and develop your team to deliver an efficient high quality kitchen service to our customers.
