Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Anchor Inn is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train and inspire the team, and deliver consistently excellent dishes. You’ll manage all kitchen operations, control stock and costs, and drive guest satisfaction with quality food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
