Job summary

Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with administration, client liaison and lead conversion activities. You will handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate sales appointments and site visits, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors
• Provide support at trade shows, sales events, and fam trips
