Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Edinburgh is seeking a Head Chef to lead a Haymarket kitchen and inspire the team to deliver consistently exceptional food. You will manage kitchen operations, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee ordering, stock control and health & hygiene compliance, with the opportunity to grow within a long-standing hospitality group known for its pubs and British hospitality.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and inspiring a team to deliver high standards.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock control and cost awareness.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and branded menus.
