Job summary

Ego, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen delivering high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience. You will inspire your team, manage every kitchen function, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards across all menus.

You will train staff, oversee food ordering, prep, stock control and ensure strict health and hygiene compliance, joining a company with strong team values and career growth opportunities.
