Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a contract catering site in Bicester, Oxfordshire who are looking for a Head Chef to join their catering team.

What’s involved?

As a Head Chef in HMP site, you will need the ability to work inside a prison kitchen, running the kitchen – whilst overseeing the development and executing strategy.

You will oversee the main prisoner Catering, as well as the staff mess provision to make sure that you are advocating for your client, encouraging dedication, driving engagement to deliver positive financial results.

You will need to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years for DBS vetting checks.
