Head Chef - New Opening - Andover

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and leading by example to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will work closely with the team to follow recipes, manage kitchen operations, and uphold our commitment to real, fresh cooking using high-quality ingredients.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef seeking your first Head Chef role
  • Proficiency in working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
  • Leadership skills, with a proactive approach to kitchen management and team development
  • Ability to manage KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety standards
  • Experience reporting on kitchen metrics such as GPs, labour, and food prep
  • Successful track record in training and recruiting kitchen staff including apprentices and junior chefs
