The Berkeley Scott Group is recruiting a Head Chef for a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in Glencoe. You will lead a talented kitchen brigade, delivering hearty Scottish dishes using the finest local produce across a busy hotel and restaurant operation.

Based in a remote Highland location with live-in accommodation available, you will own the kitchen, drive food standards, GP performance and brigade development while balancing creative and commercial demands of a high-quality hotel

Head Chef - Highland Hotel & Restaurant - Glencoe

We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to take the reins at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in the heart of Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most breathtaking and iconic locations. As Head Chef you will lead a talented kitchen team, producing hearty, quality Scottish dishes using the finest local and regional produce across a busy hotel and restaurant operation.

The Head Chef will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, driving food standards, GP performance and brigade development across a busy hotel and restaurant environment. As Head Chef you will be commercially minded and operationally strong, with a proven ability to manage both the creative and commercial demands of a high-quality hotel kitchen.

The ideal Head Chef will thrive in a remote Highland setting and bring genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced cooking. The Head Chef will also be a natural leader, committed to developing their team and maintaining consistently high standards of food and service.
