Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Bar Manager to lead operations, drive exceptional beverage experiences, and manage service delivery, staff development, and financial performance. You will oversee the full bar operation and collaborate with F&B and Events to deliver outstanding drinks for signature events and everyday service.

You’ll manage and inspire your team, uphold standards, and contribute to a vibrant, profitable club environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable and passionate about customer service.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive service standards and refine systems to enhance member experiences.
• Lead training sessions on beverage programs and events.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment and evaluate candidates with People & Development.
• Ensure maximum revenue from all sales opportunities.
