Soho House in Brighton is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience. You will oversee service delivery, staff management, product selection, and financial performance to keep the bar vibrant and profitable within the Club.

You will develop and inspire your team, collaborating with F&B and Events to ensure signature cocktails and large-scale events meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in bar management or similar role.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume venues.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow training schedules and Club School program.

Responsabilités

• Drive exceptional service standards and refine bar systems.
• Lead training sessions on beverage programs (Cook House/House Tonic/Club School).
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by participating in interviews with People & Development.
• Maximize revenue from all beverage sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness according to health & safety standards.
• Complete Mystery Shopper reports and staff development.
• Participate in management meetings and strategic decisions.
• Delegate tasks and set beverage methods for the shift.
• Uphold appearance, safety and professionalism standards.
