Job summary

Soho House is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in leading daily bar operations and delivering premium beverage service. Ensure licensing, health and safety compliance while contributing to commercial and creative goals.

You will work in a high-pace environment, manage staff, train teams, monitor inventory, and develop menus to meet member expectations. Competitive incentives and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and problem solve under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and respectful to guests and colleagues.
• Must meet the Club School training requirements and be able to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar Manager in recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries promptly.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering and stock checks to minimize waste.
• Collaborate on menu development and pricing with the team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and revenue reviews with the Bar Manager.
