You will oversee service, staff management, product selection and financial performance to keep the bar vibrant and profitable. You will develop and inspire your team, collaborate with F&B and Events on drinks from signature cocktails to large-scale events, and drive exceptional service standards through

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service.
• Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar operation, from service delivery and staff management to product selection and financial performance.
• You will manage, develop and inspire your team and collaborate with F&B and Events to deliver high standards for drinks and events.
• Drive exceptional service standards through coaching, storytelling, and program training like Cook House and House Tonic.
