Responsibilities

• Lead and support the bar team to ensure smooth, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve wines, cocktails, beers and soft drinks to a high standard.
• Create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest.
• Train staff in drinks knowledge, upselling and guest engagement.
• Manage bar stock, orders and deliveries to keep the bar well organised.
• Share knowledge of our drinks menu, wines and daily specials with the team and guests.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow.
