Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced and confident Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will lead a section during service, deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences, and share expert knowledge of menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks.

You’ll mentor junior team members, work closely with kitchen and bar staff, uphold the Rick Stein standards, and support a welcoming, high-performing service culture with strong communication and a genuine

• Previous waiting experience with confidence running a section independently.
• Genuine interest in food, wine and seafood.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
