Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team in Poole. You will create relaxed, memorable dining experiences, sharing menu and drinks knowledge with guests while anticipating needs and delivering attentive service.

We train the right person, value teamwork in a busy setting, and offer competitive pay plus tips along with staff meals, discounts, and ongoing development opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality.
• Previous waiting experience welcome but not essential – training provided.
• Interest in food, wine, and seafood.
