Qualifications

• Experience as Head Bartender or in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines and current cocktail trends.
• Proven mixology expertise with a portfolio of unique cocktails.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver extraordinary guest service.

• Oversee inventory management, stock control and pricing updates.
• Ensure accurate posting of guest checks and smooth service.

• Collaborate with Bar and Beverage Manager on revenue and profitability.
• Participate in recruitment for the bar department and help with scheduling.

• Proven track record of excellence in a Head Bartender or similar leadership role within the

• Demonstrable expertise in mixology, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft unique
