Brown's Hotel, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels group, is seeking a Head Bartender for Donovan Bar in London. You will bring exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails and lead a team in delivering 5-star service to discerning guests.

You will mentor colleagues, develop drinks and menus, uphold standards, and contribute to the bar's profitability while maintaining the hotel's renowned hospitality and personalized guest experience.

Your key responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender within our Donovan Bar who has exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and a proven track record within a high-quality hospitality environment.

As Head Bartender, you will lead by example, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences that consistently exceed guest expectations. You will be a confident communicator, an inspiring team player, and a knowledgeable drinks specialist who is passionate about developing both yourself and those around you.

Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the high standards, policies, and procedures relating to food and beverage service. You will play a key role in staff training and development, guest satisfaction, drinks and menu development, quality control, and the overall profitability of the bar.
