Job summary

Change Grow Live in Hastings is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to support service users through entry, assessment, recovery planning and onward referral, working across partnerships with police, courts and probation. The role emphasizes continuity of care and reducing reoffending within the criminal justice pathway.

The ideal candidate will have substance misuse experience, strong communication, IT skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple

Qualifications

Understanding of substance misuse issues and experience in a similar field.
Excellent verbal and written communication with proficient IT skills.
Proactive and able to work on own initiative with good time management.
Strong interpersonal and partnership-working abilities.

Responsibilities

Support service users from entry through treatment and recovery journey.
Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning plus referrals.
Enable social reintegration and promote recovery, resilience, and self-determination.
Support group work programmes and workshops for diverse service users.
Create seamless links between police/court custody, prison, and community.
