Job summary

Tilhill, the UK’s leading forestry management company, is seeking a motivated Harvesting Manager to join our Harvesting Southern Team. You will manage harvesting operations across your area, overseeing contractor and customer relationships, stand valuations, breakout and P&L, while pursuing new opportunities and growth within a nationally integrated timber business.

You will need relevant supervisory experience, strong commercial, safety and environmental awareness, and the ability to lead teams

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage harvesting operations across the designated area, including contractor and customer relationships.
• Oversee stand valuations, breakout and P&L responsibility.
• Secure new harvesting opportunities and support area growth.
