A family-run farm business in Kent is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the farm team for a fixed-term contract of up to 8 months. The role involves manual planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops, with a focus on physical stamina and dexterity. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, typically 5-6 days a week from 6am to 6pm. This position offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team passionate about providing quality produce.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed term contract for up to 8 months. If you’re looking for a role that’s challenging, but where pay is rewarded on output, join us in the Kent countryside.
The role includes manually planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops (hand weeding), both on fields and in poly tunnels.
You will have good physical stamina to meet the minimum pick rate speed and will be a motivated self‑starter. You will also have good dexterity to enable you to use your hands in a skillful, coordinated way when handling the crop and cutting appliances.
Due to the nature of this work, you will be willing and able to work in all weathers and be flexible to work 6 days per week between the hours of 6am & 6pm.
5-6 days per week, 6am-6pm
The interview process will include both an interview and a 4 hour work sample.
Pre employment checks will include a Drug & Alcohol test.

Our production sites are based in Kent and Essex. We are specialist growers, who over the years have developed both growing techniques and varieties to provide our customers with the best quality and flavour.
