Premier Inn in Harrogate is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service. You will prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen that supports the hotel team and delivers meals guests love.

We value reliability, team players, and a willingness to learn. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours with 12 contracted hours per week, including evenings and weekends, at a location in Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; we welcome candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service roles.
• Must be reliable, enjoy working in a team and willing to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock locations.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
