You will join a hands-on reliability engineering role within New Product Development and sustaining engineering, applying structured reliability methods to embed dependability into our hardware.

Reporting to the Director, Hardware Reliability, you will own reliability test programs, lead RCAs, drive DFMEA

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Hands-on reliability testing and failure analysis experience.
• Solid knowledge of reliability methods: FMEA/DFMEA, FRACAS, Weibull analysis, ALT.
• Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, Python) and data-driven conclusions.
• Structured problem solver capable of independent work and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute reliability test programs (HALT, ALT, vibration, thermal cycling) from planning to conclusion.
• Lead root cause analysis for electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical failures.
• Drive DFMEA activities in NPD teams and track mitigations with engineering evidence.
• Maintain FRACAS process and translate field data into actionable improvements.
• Perform component and assembly lifetime assessments and liaise with suppliers on reliability data.
• Provide clear, traceable documentation and present findings to engineering teams.
• Act as reliability resource on cross-functional NPD programs with accountability for outcomes.
