Job summary

Reliasoft Power User: proficient in Reliasoft Xfmea/RCM++.

Process-Driven: deliver reports that are accurate, on time, and tell a design maturity story.
Collaborative: thrive with multidisciplinary teams in maritime defence.

Responsibilities

Own the DFMEA and ensure integrity, structure and execution for propulsion and electrical components.
Facilitate high-stakes technical workshops with Lead Design Engineers.
Act as primary scribe, converting engineering inputs into actionable data in Reliasoft.
Track progress, report KPIs, and present data-driven status updates to project leadership and naval customers.
