Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer to join the New Product Development team in the UK. You will own reliability test programs, lead root cause analyses and drive DFMEA/FRACEA activities with cross-functional teams to improve product robustness.

You will work with hardware, data and suppliers, delivering clear documentation and actionable engineering insights to ensure products meet reliability goals across global markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on reliability testing and failure analysis experience.
• Familiarity with FMEA/DFMEA, FRACAS, Weibull analysis.
• Ability to draw defensible engineering conclusions from data.
• Clear, factual communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability test programs (HALT, ALT, vibration, thermal cycling) from planning to conclusion.
• Lead root cause analysis for electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical failures.
• Drive DFMEA activities in NPD teams; track mitigations and close with evidence.
• Maintain FRACAS process and translate field data into improvements.
• Perform component and assembly lifetime assessments and liaise with suppliers.
• Provide traceable technical documentation and present findings to engineers.
• Act as a go-to reliability resource in cross-functional NPD programs.
