Job summary

iO Associates is supporting a major engineering programme in the maritime defence sector and seeks an experienced DFMEA and Reliability Engineer with strong Reliasoft Xfmea/RCM++ capability. You will own and drive the DFMEA process and act as the Reliasoft SME, facilitating workshops with lead design engineers and SMEs.

You will translate complex discussions into auditable failure modes, causes, effects and mitigations, track progress against KPIs, and report status clearly to programme

Qualifications

• Advanced / power-user level with Reliasoft Xfmea / RCM++.
• Capable of facilitating technical workshops with lead design engineers and SMEs.
• Able to translate complex engineering discussions into structured, auditable failure modes, causes, effects and mitigation actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the DFMEA process and act as the Reliasoft SME.
• Facilitate workshops with engineers and SMEs; capture evidence and challenge where appropriate.
• Track progress/KPIs and provide clear status reporting to programme leadership and the customer.
