Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking a Technical Product Support Engineer to support repair centre operations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. You will provide technical and engineering support, drive repair improvement initiatives, and work with HQ on new models and diagnostic tools.

You should have hands-on hardware experience and electronics knowledge, with a proactive mindset; this is an office-based role at SIE's Central London head office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronic engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic products and embedded systems.
• Good understanding of electronics equipment and tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous technical support to repair partners on diagnostic tools, equipment and processes.
• Cooperate with wider technical teams to solve technical and quality issues.
• Distribute and manage technical equipment to repair partners in line with security policy.
• Provide technical guidance for new product introductions and launches.
• Support implementation of new repair processes and maintenance.
• Review technical requirements with repair centres to ensure compliance.
• Train repair centres on new models and techniques.
• Drive process improvement initiatives with partners to meet KPI targets.
• Work on repair centre efficiencies including production flow and test procedures.
• Prepare material for technical meetings and follow up items.
