Job summary
Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) seeks a Technical Product Support Engineer to support repair centre operations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. You will provide technical and engineering support, work on new diagnostics tools, and help introduce new models while tracking partner performance against KPIs.
You will bring hands-on experience with electronic hardware and a technical mindset, with background in electronics or manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Experience in electronic engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret error logs for troubleshooting.
- Understanding hardware faults at circuit board level.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support to repair partners across Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australia.
- Assist in development and implementation of repair improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HQ and wider teams on new models, diagnostics tools and equipment.
- Track partner performance using established repair KPIs.
- Provide training on new models, equipment, or techniques to repair centres.
- Drive process improvements with repair partners to meet KPI targets.
