Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a Hard Landscaper to join the Property/Maintenance Project Team. You will perform hard landscaping tasks across our portfolio of homes and contribute to safe, well-maintained environments for residents and staff.

Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage compliance records, participate in ongoing training, and support fire safety requirements while delivering reliable, high-quality work.

PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITON THAT LIVE IN THE CHELMSFORD,HARLOW AREAS

As a Hard Landscaper, you’ll help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll carry out day-to-day hard landscaping tasks, ensure compliance standards are met and take part in an on call rota to respond to emergencies. This role forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and will work across our portfolio of homes.
