Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a part-time Gardener to ensure the home’s outdoor areas are well maintained for residents. You will have gardening experience and be capable of basic maintenance, reporting to the Home Manager and Maintenance Manager.

The role runs 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday, contributing to a high standard of care in a welcoming environment. Key duties include grass cutting, flower bed maintenance, and limited painting/decorating tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of gardening, cutting grass, maintaining flower beds, garden sheds.
• Excellent attendance record and a proactive approach to driving up standards.
