Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a Hard Landscaper to support our care home portfolio, reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager. You’ll perform day-to-day hard landscaping tasks, ensure compliance, and join an on-call rota for emergencies across our homes.

Key responsibilities include practical landscaping work, accurate documentation, training participation, and collaboration with staff, contractors, and suppliers, all while prioritising safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hard landscaping and maintaining safe environments.
• Practical, proactive and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
• Ability to keep accurate records and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day hard landscaping tasks across sites.
• Maintain compliance and safety documentation.
• Support fire safety training and record-keeping requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and suppliers.
• Source materials with cost-conscious procurement.
