Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trader Operative to help keep our care homes safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents and staff. You will report to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager and work across our portfolio of homes.

Key duties include practical carpentry and general maintenance, supporting fire safety requirements and maintaining high standards of health and safety. On-site role with opportunities for professional development and benefits.

As a Carpenter/ Multi Trader operative, you'll help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you'll carry out various day-to-day tasks, ensure compliance standards are met and take part in an on call rota to respond to emergencies. This position forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and you will work across our portfolio of homes.

• Perform a variety of property maintenance, repairs and building tasks to include carpentry, Skirting, architraves, kitchens, doors/frames//ironmongery, shelving and joinery, bedroom and communal-area refurbishments, basic building repairs and general property maintenance.
