Artic Building Services seeks an Account Manager to lead Hard FM services for UCL contracts. You will oversee maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle services, driving performance, safety, and contract delivery across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have FM leadership experience in education, strong financial acumen, and knowledge of CAFM systems. A Degree in related field plus IOSH/NEBOSH is preferred; collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Competenze

Requires leadership experience in facilities management, preferably in education.
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred; membership in professional body beneficial.

Mansioni

Oversee all Hard FM services including mechanical, electrical, HVAC and building fabric maintenance.
Lead a team of technical and operational professionals to ensure performance and development.
Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations (SFG20, HTM, DfE).
Develop, monitor and report KPIs and SLAs.
Manage budget, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
