Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Peterborough seeks an Account Manager to deliver the full suite of FM services for a key client. You will supervise System Operations, Hard Service delivery, PPM, reactive maintenance, M&E and help desk activity, with hands-on involvement when needed.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering on contract promises, maintaining profitability and driving service excellence across the account.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in a critical workplace environment.
• Knowledge of Hard Services is essential; electrical or mechanical bias desirable.
• Health & safety qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
• Excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard services operations, site team and supply chain to meet outputs.
• Maintain client relations through progress meetings and site visits.
• Manage P&L and maintain agreed profit margins.
• Lead a team of M&E engineers and contract support workers.
• Develop standard operating procedures, contingency plans and H&S reviews.
