Handyperson – West London– Static Site - £28,000 - Monday - Friday

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Central London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Handyperson to be based at a static site in West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to £28,000 , further training, overtime. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to push further into the maintenance world.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Lighting (Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Painting & Decorating
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
• Maintain and update Log books
• Escort sub contractors

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40 hour week)
