About the Role:
We are currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and experienced Handyman to join our growing team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in general maintenance and repair tasks, with a proactive and problem-solving approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• General property maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting & decorating)

• Responding to repair requests in a timely and professional manner

• Carrying out inspections and identifying areas needing attention

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

• Maintaining tools and materials, keeping work areas clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

• Strong practical knowledge of maintenance and repair work

• Own tools and transport preferred (but not essential, depending on the role)

• Good communication and time management skills

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
